If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, a 75% charge of the session fee will apply. No deposit is taken at the time of booking; however, card details are required to secure the appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or non-attendance, 75% of the session fee will be charged to the card provided at booking. By booking an appointment, you consent to receiving appointment-related communications by text message and email. These communications are necessary for the administration of your booking. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

Payment is due after the session, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.
