ABOUT ME

I am a qualified manual therapist based at SmartHealth Clinic, specialising in musculoskeletal therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). My journey into holistic healthcare began at the age of 17, when I experienced the transformative benefits of medical massage therapy for the first time. That moment sparked a lifelong passion for helping others through therapeutic touch and natural healing methods.

In 2019, I completed my first training in Yumeiho Massage Therapy, a specialised technique combining musculoskeletal alignment, deep tissue massage, and joint mobilisation. After earning my Level 3 certification, I began practising professionally, deepening my understanding of the human body and its complex systems.

Discovering the Healing Power of Traditional Chinese Medicine

My journey led me to Attila, the founder of SmartHealth Clinic, who introduced me to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I found this holistic approach truly inspiring, which motivated me to enroll in the BSc Integrated Chinese Medicine program at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM) in Reading in 2023. I am currently in my second year.

Alongside my academic studies, I have completed practical training in various TCM therapies, including cupping, moxibustion, ear acupressure, Gua Sha, and therapeutic oil massage techniques.

Focused Care for Musculoskeletal and Holistic Well-being

At SmartHealth Clinic, I primarily treat musculoskeletal issues such as back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder tension, as well as conditions like headaches, fatigue, and menstrual discomfort. My approach combines manual therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and personalised care to uncover the root causes of each client’s symptoms.

By integrating TCM diagnosis, hands-on therapy, tailored stretching and strengthening exercises, and lifestyle advice, my goal is to support clients in achieving long-term health, pain relief, and an improved quality of life.

Fuelled by Coffee, Driven by Adventure

When I’m not working as a therapist, I’m on the hunt for great coffee, fresh air, and my next challenge. I’m a huge fan of specialty coffee—especially fruit-fermented beans—and I dream of one day opening a cozy little café alongside my practice.

I love hands-on DIY (my past as a painter and decorator still shows!), and I’m always up for an outdoor adventure. Whether it’s hiking, snowboarding, skiing, or trying out a new sport—if it gets me moving, I’m all in!

Welcome to my manual therapy sessions at SmartHealth Clinic, where I support you in relieving pain, restoring movement, and activating your body’s natural healing processes.

I specialise in musculoskeletal therapy and integrate the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to offer truly holistic, personalised care.

During each session, I use a blend of techniques, including:

Yumeiho therapy for joint mobilisation and deep tissue alignment
Cupping, Gua Sha, and Moxibustion to improve circulation and release tension
Therapeutic oil massage to ease muscle tightness and support energy flow
Ear acupressure and TCM diagnostics to tailor the treatment to your unique needs

I work with a wide range of concerns such as back and neck pain, sciatica, shoulder tension, fatigue, headaches, and menstrual discomfort. Each session is individually tailored to your body’s needs. I combine hands-on therapy with stretching advice and practical self-care tools to help you achieve lasting relief and long-term wellbeing.
