Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by direct contact. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
We understand that emergencies can occur and ask that you contact us as soon as possible. At
the same time, we kindly ask that our practitioners’ time and the clinic schedule be respected.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do
not attend your appointment, a 75% charge of the session fee will apply. No deposit is taken
at the time of booking; however, card details are required to secure the appointment. In
the event of a late cancellation or non-attendance, 75% of the session fee will be charged to
the card provided at booking.
By booking an appointment, you consent to receiving appointment-related
communications by text message and email. These communications are necessary for the
administration of your booking.
I consent to receiving marketing emails and newsletters from SmartHealth Clinic about
new services and updates. I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. The full session fee will still apply.
Payments
Payment is due after the session, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.
