Prevention is better than cure!

The naturopath methods are always best used as a prevention from our health declining! This should be the primary function, although it can also help cure diseases, but ask yourself the question: Why wait until you are sick?


Would it not be easier to keep yourself healthy, fit and happy instead of working twice as hard to get these back when you are unwell.


You should take vitamins everyday. If you are not feeding your body good quality food your body will need extra attention. Supplementation using high dosage of vitamin D and vitamin C does not mean you are not gonna get infected by a virus, but your immune system will be able to work significantly better and you could potentially avoid going into intensive care or worse.


Doing your regular physical activity does not mean you will never get any musculoskeletal problems but it will definitely improve your well being and protect your body and mental health so much more from any serious issues.


Meditate every day, this does not mean you will be monk and that your mind will never get distracted by day to day life but you will definitely get over these a lot quicker and easier because you know how to control your mind better.


Getting a manual therapy session regularly does not mean you will never get injured or have any problems with your body, but you will definitely feel better and your body will be able to do much more.


Please start to focus on your health, it is a lot easier to do the little things daily to stay healthy instead of trying to fight against the known 40,000 different diseases.
